PwnedGamers officially looking to add more staff.

After weeks of research, ideas tossed around, a few fails, a few arguments, pG has decided we will expand our staffing. The staff we currently have will take on new roles, and we are looking to add a few more to the club. Currently, we have one Super Moderator, and two Moderators. The role change is designed to bring new life into the forums, as well as still being able to gather opinions from our most trusted members.

Since the change from vB to xenForo, we have seen an increase in registrations as well as new posts that have brought life into the site. We have completely restructured our forums, and it is to better serve the members and future members. We realize games are becoming more secure by the release, so in order to adapt and stay ahead of the curve, we have decided to go into more of a "feature" type of site. Whatever game that is hot at the time, you will have all that information here on a daily basis. We have game portals now featuring the most sought after games, codes, cheats, info and discussion. Our lineup at the moment is Call of Duty, Skyrim, Minecraft, Grand Theft Auto, Resident Evil, Borderlands, Prototype, Halo and Battlefield. We still have a "General Gaming" area and GFX area, and that will have activity as well.

After introducing these "Portals", we have decided that it is imperative to have a person in each portal, who is dedicated to the greater good of PwnedGamers. With the newer forum software, the need for a "Super" vs. "Moderator" has taken us to this point. We are fortunate enough to have software that is ahead of all others, and allows us to add our staff as we see fit without the need to label them in different groups. From this point forward, all of our "Forum Staff" will now be known as "Portal Mods" [color yet to be determined].

These are very important and integral to the overall success of PwnedGamers. If you would like to apply for one of these positions listed below, PM 10ThousandFists, DEREKTROTTER, oman. One of us will get it and add the other Admin to the conversation if you happen to forget to add all of us.

We would like to know what your interest level in the game is, the time you feel you could spend on it (topics per day, likelihood of responding to the majority of posts), thoughts on the portal itself, any ideas you may have for the portal or game chosen.

The games listed above will be the Portal areas needed. You will also be asked to contribute to the general forum, ps3 or xbox forum too.

If you are selected to be a Portal Mod, you MUST have an avatar, start using the "Now Playing" feature, join the "Member Map" as well as stay up to date on all PwnedGamers Announcements.

I think this is called "competition". He who wants it more, etc. That is what PMing us does, and helps with.

Also, it'd help your cause, maybe change some others views of you if you had an avatar, selected a game, etc... you know, just being more involved with everything.
